The police services, non-profits and schools should partner together to create pathways of programming that highlight some of the strengths of our kids to ensure that they put their energy into projects that uplift them instead of crime.
Do we have any transition programs for adults that give them a creative or athletic outlet? We might have greater traction if there is a community-centered program that gives them an outlet.
