NewsPolice Remind MotoristsDecember 31, 2009 Four collisions in the last two days are prompting the Owen Sound Police Service to remind motorists to be more attentive when driving.
Inspector Stephen MacKinnon stated, “The first collision occurred on Tuesday evening when one driver failed to stop at a stop sign. The other three collisions, two within approximately 10 minutes of each of other yesterday afternoon, occurred when the drivers made improper turns into the paths of other motor vehicles. All four collisions could have been avoided.”
