Woman with Lifetime Driving Ban Charged

On January 22nd at approximately 12:30 pm a patrol officer observed a female operating a vehicle who was known to be a prohibited driver for previous driving convictions. The female was investigated and found to be under a lifetime ban for driving.

 The 64 year old resident of Owen Sound was charged with driving while disqualified contrary to the Criminal Code and was released at the scene for a court date in February. Her vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded for 45 days.
