Man Arrested for Mischief Downtown

A 19 year-old man was arrested early Saturday morning after a window at a downtown restaurant was broken.
 

Around 1:40 AM, a male was observed to punch the window at the restaurant, causing it to crack.  An Owen Sound Police officer was in the area at the time and immediately placed the man under arrest for mischief. 
 

The man was later released on a promise to appear and officer-in-charge undertaking.  He faces charges of mischief and breach of probation, and will appear in court on July 29th .
