Sworn and civilian roles follow the Collective Bargaining Agreements between the Owen Sound Police Service and the Owen Sound Police Service Board and the Owen Sound Police Association.

For Constable, the 2026 Collective Bargaining Agreement outlines the following annual salaries:

• Constable in Training - $60,549.73
• Constable 4^th Class - $84,769.62
• Constable 3^rd Class - $96,879.57
• Constable 2^nd Class - $108,989.51
• Constable 1^st Class - $121,099.46

• All members are able to contribute to the OMERS pension fund
• There is no waiting period for pension contribution
