COMMUNITY SURVEY NOW OPEN
The Owen Sound Police Service Board, in collaboration with the Owen Sound Police Service (OSPS), wants to hear your perceptions of crime, neighbourhood concerns, and satisfaction with police services and public safety in the City of Owen Sound.
Your participation in this Community Survey will assist in determining future direction and policing priorities for the Owen Sound Police Service. The information collected will be used to better address the needs of residents, to enhance service delivery, and to strengthen community relations.
The survey is now open until November 13, 2026, and can be completed online or on paper by using:

Paper copies of the survey can be picked up and dropped off at the following locations in the City of Owen Sound:

Slow Down
Be prepared for additional roving radar throughout the City. Officers continue to clock motorists driving at or above 70km in a City that has posted signs of 50km or 40km, especially in neighborhoods. #SlowDown #ChargesLaid
Foot Patrol
Foot patrol happens throughout the City, at all hours, when call volume allows. Owen Sound is a busy little City & we understand the importance of foot patrol whether it’s in the River District or along the harbour, or in areas vehicles can't travel. #CrimePrevention
