Youth in Policing Initiative – Owen Sound Police Service
The Owen Sound Police Service is hiring part-time student positions through the Youth in Policing Initiative (YIPI), running from October 2025 to March 2026. Open to students aged 14–19, the program offers hands-on experience in community engagement, crime prevention, and police operations. Apply by October 10, 2025.
The Owen Sound Police Service is hiring full-time Team Leads for our Communications Centre. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Dispatchers, provide training, and perform dispatch duties. This position involves shift work, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Applicants must have four years of experience in a 24-hour emergency communications setting. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a clear criminal record are required.
